Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, it can’t be canceled, but you can refuse to accept it at the time of delivery.
  • Each product has a different cancellation time limit, which is shown on the product or order page.
  • If you try to cancel after that time, a cancellation fee might apply.
  • If the seller cancels the order due to any reason, you will get a full refund (if you paid in advance).
  • ZopeePay has the right to accept or reject cancellation requests and can also change the cancellation rules or fees anytime.
