Return Policy

We always strive to deliver fresh and high-quality vegetables to our customers. Since vegetables are perishable items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Check at the time of delivery

  • Please check the vegetables at the time of delivery.
  • If you find any item damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality, you can refuse to accept it, and we will not charge you for that item.

2. Report within 24 hours

  • If you notice any issue with your vegetables after delivery, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Kindly provide a photo/video of the damaged or spoiled items to our customer support team.

3. Eligibility for refund/replacement

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for items that are damaged, spoiled, or missing at the time of delivery..
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been kept for longer than 24 hours after delivery.

4. Refund method

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or added as wallet balance within st 3–5 working days.

5.Non-returnable items

  • Fresh vegetables cannot be returned once accepted in good condition at the time of delivery.
